Flat nose pliers with nylon jaws are great for wireworking and wire straightening. Nylon protects antiqued, plated and soft metals from marring.

Nylon jaws may need replacement depending on how often the tool is used and how hard the metals you work with are.

The tool is about 12.5cm big, well polished and has a double-leaf spring to reduce fatigue. The jaws are approx. 7-8mm wide.

Any oil you may see on the tool is there to protect the mechanism. Simply wipe it off with a cloth.
