Shipping information

We know you want your beads NOW or even better - yesterday. We would too. We promise, we're working on it, but for now, our ordinary delivery time is 2-6 business days for domestic orders within Sweden (you will usually get your order the day after you order) and about 1-2 weeks for international orders. Please note: it can take up to one month for international orders to show up even if it is very unusual.

A handling- and shipping fee of 35 SEK is applied to all orders within Sweden.

The shipping fee is fixed for all international orders and may vary from country to country. You will see the correct charge when you choose the destination country at the check-out.

Your order will be sent as a registered parcel, but the tracking number is not always trackable outside Sweden. You have nothing to worry about though, we guarantee that you will get your order or your money back.

Returns

Did you receive something that didn't fit or meet your expectation? No problem, you can return your items to us within 30 days and get your money back. Please note:

• we can only accept unused, unaltered items in their original packages. If the returned packages were sealed when you got them, the sealing must be unbroken
• you are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returned items
• always contact us before returning, so we can give you correct information and ensure your parcel reaches us

Did the item/s you ordered get damaged during shipping? No worries! Get in touch with us, and we will solve it.

Payment options

Our payment options may vary depending on your delivery address. Choose your country at the check-out to see how you can pay for your order.

- Swish

Swedish instant mobile payments (requires Swish and Mobilt Bank-ID mobile apps). If Swish is chosen at the check-out, you will see the payment request in your Swish app instantly after placing the order.

- Paypal

The most popular payment option for international orders. Paypal lets you pay with your Paypal account or using cards like MasterCard or Visa.

- Klarna Faktura (Invoice)

Order now, pay at least 14 days later.

• See all your credit purchases & download your invoices at Klarna.se
• Monthly payments are available

A reminding fee (50 SEK) and a delay interest (26.00 %) are applied to overdue invoices.

- Klarna Konto (Account)

Gather all your Klarna purchases at one account (even if you shop in different stores) and pay only a sertain sum monthly. No matter how many purchases you make, you will only get one invoice a month when you shop with Klarna account option.

are our most guarded asset, protected by GDPR (general data protection regulation). We will never sell, forward or share your information with anyone else. Your personal details are only used if we need to contact you about your order, if you wished to receive our newsletter or if you need help recovering your order history.

SMS

The mobile phone number you specify at the check-out may be used by us for delivery notifications and other communication regarding your order.

Images and colors

We do our best to show you the items' colors as accurately as possible. However, different displays may show colors slightly differently.
The web shop images are either our or own our suppliers' intellectual property. Do not copy and share them without clearly refering to our web shop.
