Approx. 2cm big leverback earwires, made to fit 7mm cubic zirconia and other gems of the same size. Place the crystal on two of the claws and push it down until it clicks into plase inside all of the claws. If you are unsure you can set the stone yourself without damaging it or the setting, we can do it for you.
